Associate Litigation Attorney
Qualifications:
Licensed Indiana attorney in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Superior analytical, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively under pressure
Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead litigation cases from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
Represent clients in court and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
Work with clients ranging from small and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies
