Job Description

Advance Your Pulmonology Career in Big Sky Country. We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pulmonologist to join our growing health system in Great Falls, MT. Work alongside a supportive team including two experienced pulmonologists—one of whom provides critical care coverage and consultations—in a setting that values innovation, work-life balance, and outstanding patient care.

Position Highlights:

General outpatient Pulmonology with opportunity to add Sleep Medicine if desired

New bronchoscopy lab, with Bronchoscopy and EBUS capabilities

Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Open to a 4-day, 10-hour work week

Light, shared call schedule

Robust internal referral network and quick access to subspecialty and emergent care

36 inpatient beds

10-bed Open ICU

5 ORs + 4-OR Surgery Center with dedicated 5 observation beds

2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit

8-bed Emergency Department staffed by highly experienced team

State-of-the-art diagnostics, imaging, and equipment

Full complement of in-house referring specialties

Modern, integrated EMR and clinical support systems

MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine

Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Montana

Excellent communication and clinical skills

Interest in Sleep Medicine is a plus but not required
