We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in process analysis, documentation, and improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency across the organization, both domestically and internationally. The intern will work closely with the Business Process team and cross-functional partners to gain exposure to real-world business operations and contribute to meaningful projects. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position. This is a paid internship. This position reports to the Business Process Manager. Working Conditions
The general working conditions for this position is an office environment. It will be necessary from time to time to visit the warehouse where safety precautions will need to be taken. While in the office, the noise level is usually low. However, the noise level can be low to moderate in the warehouse.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift items up to 10 pounds.
