As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance and support they need via phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and offering solutions to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
