We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to help us maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data with a high level of accuracy. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into company databases or spreadsheets
  

• Review data for errors or missing information and make corrections as needed
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  

• Ensure all data is entered accurately and within deadlines
  

• Generate reports and organize data for team use
  

• Communicate with other departments to verify information when needed
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus)
  

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred but not required)
  

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
  

• Reliable internet connection and personal computer
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
