In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the Oracle Human Capital team you execute end-to-end payroll implementations in a functional lead role. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
