Key Details & Compensation

• Position: Full-Time Delivery Driver
• Location: Milan, IL
• Shift/Hours: Varying routes; primarily 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Home by morning)
• Compensation: $18.05 per hour
• Overtime: Possible during holiday and busy seasons
• Full-time position with consistent hours.
• Local and regional delivery routes (up to a 150-mile radius ).
• Company van or truck provided (Non-CDL required).

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of floral products to clients. Core duties include:

• Executing local and regional delivery routes, ensuring products reach destinations within a 150-mile radius.
• Manually handling freight and stock , including loading and unloading the company vehicle.
• Safely lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs , including carrying deliveries up stairs as required.
• Sorting cargo prior to loading and unloading to maintain delivery accuracy.
• Accurately recording units handled or moved using daily production sheets or work tickets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Clean driving record is essential.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting 50 lbs .
• Demonstrated ability to be dependable, punctual, and work independently .
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug test .
