Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing a variety of events that align with our organization's goals and vision. Your responsibilities will range from conceptualizing event themes and overseeing logistics to managing budgets and ensuring a quality experience for all attendees. Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events effectively and drive attendance.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a strong portfolio of past events.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing vendor relationships.
