We’re seeking friendly, outgoing servers to round out our Private Events team ahead of the busy entertaining season.
Founded in 2020, O+O Events is the events and private dining arm of the O+O Hospitality Group. Our vision is to service events with a restaurant touch, offering uniquely crafted food and beverage menus for each client’s needs
while providing unparalleled hospitality throughout.
Given the nature of the events world, applicants should be accustomed to menus that change regularly, variation in venue set-up, and accommodating special service requests from hosts. Flexibility and a positive attitude are key.
Daytime and nighttime hours are both available, and we ideally prefer our team members to work a mixture of both. Weekend availability is strongly preferred for this position. However, we do accommodate student schedules.
An ideal Events Server will:
Arrive on time to complete necessary prep tasks
Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and attend line-up meeting, to prepare for successful event execution
Provide exceptional service and hospitality at all times
Communicate any guest needs to Kitchen Management or Event Management or Captains
Possess comprehensive knowledge of each events’ menu
Assist other service team members when needed
Keep all dining and guest areas safe and tidy throughout service
Perform light side-work duties after service
Scheduling
Flexible schedules with weekday, weekend, and evening availability needed—especially during peak entertaining season.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive tipped compensation.
Paid-time-off, 401(k), and Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available to full-time employees
Opportunities for growth and cross-training within the broader O+O Hospitality Group.
A welcoming, team-oriented environment focused on professional development and shared success.
