Looking for serious, experience contractors for residential, commercial, and post construction cleaning! We are a fast-growing cleaning service who is known for excellent service, so am looking for candidates who take cleaning very seriously as well as serious about growing in the cleaning industry! If this is you then please hire, if this is just a past time for you then please don't apply!! We service Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and some of Long Island. Plus, other areas when possible. Sub-contractor is responsible for taking the necessary supplies needed for each job, VACUUM, SWIFFER MOP/DUSTER, AND CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT THE CUSTOMER PREFER. Also need to know the difference between deep Cleaning and standard/general Cleaning, aware of each home, so they can perform the job effectively in a timely manner. Example knowing types of fixtures etc. so they are not destroying a home by using the wrong product something to abrasive etc. Best option is to use green products as well as not prefer spray fixtures and leave it. I will do some training before starting their first job, but I prefer at least one year experience, or a mind that is willing to learn and follow instructions.
