General Laborer

Grandville, MI

Full-Time | 3rd Shift (11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday)

Pay: $17/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing of corrugated cardboard products, including stacking, feeding machines, trimming, sorting, and packaging materials.
• Load and unload materials, operate basic production equipment, and support machine operators as needed.
• Inspect cardboard sheets and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Perform additional tasks to support plant operations as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required—training provided.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
