Transform Lives One Workplace at a Time! Goodwill Southern California is seeking a
Part-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities at various worksites throughout the region. This role focuses on teaching job skills, promoting inclusion, and fostering independence in real-world work settings.
What You’ll Do - Provide on-the-job training and coaching at multiple locations.
- Reinforce workplace skills, focus, and positive habits.
- Advocate for reasonable accommodations and inclusion.
- Communicate regularly with participants, employers, and program teams.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
What You Bring - High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience; workforce or disability services preferred.
- Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Reliable, flexible, and organized approach to supporting multiple worksites.
