Job Description

Salary: $72,800 - 76,960 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience in an Object-Oriented Language and SQL is essential, with a preference for C#.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously review the ticketing system, taking ownership of and resolving technical support tickets from internal team members or escalated client issues, with occasional assistance.
• Identify, report, and resolve bugs in web, desktop, and console applications, as well as data workflows.
• Collaborate in design and brainstorming meetings with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Conduct peer code reviews and graciously accept feedback from teammates.
• Participate in project teams for medium-sized projects, or contribute independently or as part of a team for smaller initiatives.
• Work closely with both internal and external technical and non-technical teams.
• Create and execute written test cases for software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
