Litigation Legal Secretary – Join a Respected Columbus Law Firm
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Aspen Careers is excited to partner with a well-established local downtown law firm known for its work in complex litigation . They are seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team and support a dynamic group of attorneys—two partners and two associates.

What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to four attorneys
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements
Accurately enter billable time through Juris
Draft, edit, and manage legal documents
Maintain attorney calendars and assist with scheduling
Keep the team organized and prepared for daily operations
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of legal experience (litigation preferred but not required); Worldox and E-Billing experience a plus but not required.
Proven ability to manage travel logistics
Strong proofreading and document review skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
