Hoover Southtown Automotive Group is a trusted car dealership serving the Birmingham and Hoover communities with exceptional service and quality vehicles. As we expand our digital sales and customer support team, we’re seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Live Chat Agent to assist customers online and help provide a seamless virtual experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and website messages.
Provide accurate information on vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
Capture and qualify online leads, then route them to the appropriate sales or service team member.
Maintain professionalism and excellent communication in all interactions.
Update CRM systems with customer interactions and follow-up details.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the online customer experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or online chat support (automotive industry a plus).
Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
