Job Summary:

Physical Therapy Clinic needs office staff. Are you ready to grow with us? We are looking for an outstanding person to add to our dynamic and patient-focused team. If you love to be around people, are good at encouraging, work well in a team, are highly organized, are completion focused, and work great independently...this could be your next place. Must be willing and able to work at any of our 3 office locations.

• Performs all front office duties including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and collecting co-pays.
• Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Completes all necessary forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement from payers.
• Prepares daily deposit, reconciliation, and daily statistical information.
• Ensures patient waiting area and restrooms are clean and reflect a positive image of company.
• Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the company's Mission Statement, Vision, Values, and Performance Standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or described by Company policy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required qualifications include:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1-year medical office experience.
• Proficient with computers.
• Background check performed.

Our company just celebrated our 20th anniversary in Huntsville. Since adding our second location in Conroe, we have learned to love this area and the people. The employee count has just passed 30 (both locations combined) and our turnover is very low. We try to make sure we are the right fit for any new employee to ensure the culture remains upbeat and driven for success.

Our company has been helping patients, their families and our community in Huntsville since 2000. We added our second location in Conroe in 2016, and have learned to love the area and the people.
