Job Description and Expectations  

As a member of our Occupational Therapy team, you will: 

• Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy services for a pediatric population.
• Work with family and care givers to help children reach potential and incorporate strategies in daily routines.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(s), as necessary.
• Complete documentation to support the delivery of Occupational Therapy services. 
• Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record. 
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards. 
• Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge. 

Qualifications  

• Masters degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
• Current State of Texas License to practice Occupational Therapy
• At least one year of experience with pediatric populations

Compensation  

This position is compensated $95.00 per initial evaluation, $60.00 per re-evaluation, $54.00 per treatment hour, and $30.00 per hour for required training and meetings.
