My biggest need is for a helper with our little dog rescue in exchange for discounted rent in our apartment on the house, or perhaps another option. I have a kennel license in my town in Southern NH (20 minutes to Nashua, an hour to Vermont) and typically take from one to two fosters in addition to my own 7 small dogs (2 are foster failures, kiddos who were not easy to place because of shyness.) Our family is me, and I work part-time as an adjunct faculty for an instructional design academy, and my spouse, a super handy engineer who fixes things in our home and makes them awesome. He also works full-time for the Air Force. And of course, the dogs, and many local friends who are also super busy. We are very positive and humble people and have had tenants who have become our good friends. We have two older kids who live in other cities their partners. We love to travel and get out once in a while for weekends but it's REALLY tough with the doggies. The dogs are well-trained and have a great set-up for going out, sleeping and they are all really sweet. We love New England, my spouse loves skiing, and we are both volunteers with Special Olympics.
