Plumber's Helper/Apprentice

Services Provided: Plumbing & HVAC Services.


This is an entry-level position with on the job training.


Position is for a DEPENDABLE Plumber’s helper, who upon demonstrating aptitude, desire and hard work, has possibility to move on to Plumber Apprentice. Knowledge/Experience/Skill Set is a PLUS !!


The right candidate should have knowledge of (plumbing) tools and an understanding of how basic plumbing systems work, with a willingness to take instruction and a willingness to learn the trade.


Upon hiring, our end goal is to train in all aspects of Plumbing installation, maintenance and repair. Have you grow to become a Journeyman to a Master Plumber with Phoenix Home Services, LLC.



Job Function & Duties Included But NOT Limited to:

• Responsible for assisting plumber at homes and residences. Helps install, repair, and maintain pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
• Completing tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Should be adept at using; hand tools crimping tool, pipe wrenches, tube cutter, fitting brush)
• Power tools (plumbing snake, compact threader, water pumps)
• Assist with cleaning on work site, as needed.
• Be able to lift/move heavy objects (50+lbs.), climb ladders, and work at heights, as needed.
• Ability to withstand long hours, weather and physical work.
• Assist in maintaining tools and/or equipment, stock and parts as needed.
• Assist in keeping vehicles and warehouse clean and organized.
• Valid Drivers license in good standing.
• Updating your job knowledge as you progress.
