Location: Denver, CO
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects throughout the Denver metro area. This role is responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, budgets, client relationships, scheduling, and overall project performance from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage all phases of commercial landscape projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and turnover.
Oversee installation of landscape, irrigation, hardscape, sitework, grading, walls, turf, plantings, lighting, water features, and other construction scopes.
Coordinate daily with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Conduct site walks, track progress, document production, monitor safety, and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain project schedules, update internal stakeholders, and lead weekly project review meetings.
Prepare change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Manage project budgets, labor tracking, equipment allocation, materials, and cost control.
Serve as primary point of contact for GCs, developers, owners, LAs, and municipalities throughout the project lifecycle.
Support estimating team with takeoffs, scope reviews, subcontractor pricing, and project handoff.
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
Lead project closeout, punch lists, warranty follow-up, and client satisfaction activities.
3+ years of project management experience in commercial landscape construction , site development, or related fields (civil, hardscape, irrigation, or GC environment strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of landscape construction scopes: plantings, irrigation, walls, drainage, grading, concrete, masonry, turf, and enhancements.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with GCs, developers, municipalities, and landscape architects.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (Aspire, LMN, Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Office).
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Denver area.
