Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our team in managing and enhancing the public image of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for storytelling and a knack for building relationships with various stakeholders. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of strategic communication plans aimed at promoting our brand, products, and initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns
• Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials
• Coordinate and manage media outreach activities, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists
• Monitor news coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for media engagement
• Support the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and media briefings
• Conduct research to support PR initiatives and provide insights on media landscape

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in an agency or corporate setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
