Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $58,790 per year Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our communications team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies that enhance our brand's image and resonate with our target audience. As a Public Relations Associate, you will conduct media outreach, engage with influencers, and help manage relationships with journalists to promote our initiatives and events. Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations campaigns
• Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials
• Conduct media outreach and cultivate relationships with journalists and media outlets
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report findings to the team
• Support the organization of events and press conferences, managing logistics and guest relations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
