Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic communications team. In this role, you will play a critical part in fostering positive relationships between our organization and the public while promoting our brand, initiatives, and achievements. Your creative problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills will be essential as you help to devise and implement strategic public relations campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and track the effectiveness of public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, press conferences, and community outreach activities.
- Prepare presentations and reports analyzing PR campaign outcomes and media impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
