Job Title: Remote Public Relations Officer
Hourly Pay: $21 - $27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers

• Coordinate media events, press briefings, and interviews

• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for engagement

• Manage crisis communication and respond to media inquiries with professionalism

• Align messaging across internal and external channels

• Collaborate with marketing teams to support integrated campaigns

• Analyze PR campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed

• Foster strong ties with stakeholders, community partners, and industry professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Journalism, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in public or media relations

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills

• Proven success in media outreach and securing press coverage

• Strong judgment under pressure and during crisis response

• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social platforms

• Knowledge of PR trends, tools, and best practices
