Railroad Laborer (FT) Location Mesquite, TX : NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Entry-level - Hiring Immediately PRS Auto is looking for Energetic individuals to Unload (Drive) automobiles from inside railcars at the Union Pacific (UP) Mesquite, TX Facility. APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 1 hour commute of business location. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring a relocation will NOT be considered. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and a potential career path for those individuals who are interested in the RAILROAD INDUSTRY. We have 40 locations across the country and are always looking for individuals who show signs of great work ethic, attitude, attendance, dedication, team player, and integrity. You will have the ability to make $40,000-$50,000 in your first year with overtime factored in. Hourly pay with weekly production incentive pay and overtime. (During training you typically will not work much overtime) Our schedules vary and you must be flexible for start and finish times. Applicants for the Railroad Auto Unloader position must meet the general requirements for employment with the company, according to the Company hiring process which includes:
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test.
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, lift up to 50lbs above your head, and climb various heights (Not afraid of heights).
No GED or High School Diploma required.
