Repo & Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute repo trades, ensuring the efficient functioning of financing strategies
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, counterparty exposures, and liquidity flows
• Collaborate with broker/dealer networks and internal teams to optimize trade execution and settlement processes
• Support cash and treasury operations, including liquidity management and risk controls
• Automate data analysis and reporting processes using VBA, Python, or other tools to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in fixed income financing, repo markets, or treasury operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in VBA or Python for automation
• In-depth understanding of repo trading, fixed income products, and cash management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with market monitoring tools and counterparty risk management
• Prior involvement in automation projects or system onboarding within treasury functions
