Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel job in Barnwell, SC .
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and general rehabilitation needs.
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to improve mobility, function, and overall patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Deliver safe, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse patient populations.
Qualifications:
Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license.
Outpatient experience preferred.
New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
Experience with orthopedic patient populations preferred.
