We are seeking an Innovation Project Specialist to support warehouse optimization and automation initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for process improvement, technology implementation, and logistics operations. The Innovation Project Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and coordinate multiple warehouse optimization and automation projects from inception to completion
• Translate the operational and project requirements into the logistics processes needed for the warehouse operation teams
• Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Oversee communications with multiple warehouse operators to collect valuable feedback/insights
• Communicate project progress succinctly and clearly to leadership

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in service Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry preferred
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS).
• Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation.
• Organization: Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Reliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel up to 25 % in US

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $28.00 ~ $38.00/year, and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
