Job Description

As a Water System Supervisor at Madison Utilities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our community receives high-quality, affordable drinking water. • Subject to on-call
• Schedules and assigns maintenance duties to designated wastewater crews
• Reviews and organizes work orders and distributes to appropriate water crews
• Prioritizes jobs according to severity of problem
• Submits request for purchase order for parts and material for water crews
• Inspects emergency line and, main repairs to determine line size and material needed for repair

Qualifications:

• Grade 1 and 1C ADEM Cerification. If candidate does not have both certifications, other must be obtained in 6 months
• Class A or A(O) CDL with tanker endorsement
• Min. of 5 years supervisory experience prefered
• Heavy equipment operating experience
• Min. of 5 years water and/or wastewater system experience
