We're Hiring: Wound Care Nurse (RN)!
Location: Birch Creek Post Acute & Rehabilitation, Tacoma, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift |
Salary: $36.00 - $49.22 / hour

What You’ll Do:
Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites
Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans
Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly
Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
What You Bring:
Current RN (WA)
Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred
Skilled nursing experience a plus!
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Passion for patient care and a healing touch
