Job Description

Job Overview

The Engagement Manager is responsible for driving meaningful engagement across

assigned communities, properties, and internal or external partners. This role serves as a

key liaison between stakeholders and the company, supporting outreach initiatives, events,

communications, and field engagement efforts that strengthen participation, relationships,

and brand presence.

This position blends community engagement, field activation, and direct outreach, including

daily door-to-door (D2D) activity, to build strong regional relationships and measurable

engagement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Relationship Engagement

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned communities, properties, or partner

locations

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships through consistent outreach and follow-

up

- Represent the organization professionally during all engagement and field activities

- Act as a trusted ambassador for the company within assigned regions

Field Outreach & Door-to-Door Engagement

- Conduct daily door-to-door (D2D) engagement activities as a core function of the role

- Proactively engage residents, tenants, or community members through direct outreach- Gather feedback, address questions, and support participation in programs or initiatives

- D2D experience is a strong plus and will be considered favorably

Events & On-Site Activation

- Plan, coordinate, and support engagement events, activations, and promotional initiatives

- Schedule, staff, and support events as needed

- Ensure a positive, professional experience for all participants and attendees

Communication & Coordination

- Deliver clear, consistent communication via email, digital tools, and in-person interactions

- Maintain engagement schedules, calendars, and outreach plans

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution

Performance Tracking & Optimization

- Monitor engagement activity, outreach volume, and participation levels

- Track key metrics and outcomes related to engagement initiatives

- Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and increase engagement results

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Comfort with daily field activity and face-to-face engagement

- Basic proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and digital tools

Preferred

- Prior door-to-door (D2D), field sales, outreach, or community engagement experience

- Experience coordinating events or managing community-facing initiatives

- Availability for evening and weekend events

- Ability to travel between assigned locations

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred for some assignments)
