Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

Shift hours : 3 PM - 1 AM IST (US Aligned shift)

About the role

As an Anaplan Model Builder , you will get to:

• Partner with Business leads to design, develop, test, and implement Anaplan solutions 
• Lead Anaplan projects by collaborating with business team to develop user stories, converting user stories into achievable sprint, and document Anaplan builds 
• Translate Excel-based planning and budgeting into dynamic, connected Anaplan models for organization-wide information sharing
• Train new users on the system and document processes 
• Perform root cause analyses and propose solutions
• Should have current, hands-on development experience with Anaplan and strong knowledge of Anaplan development concepts. 
• Be open to learning and adopting new technologies and maintain a mindset of continuous learning.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics or related field and  
  4+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, required 

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales incentive compensation planning, Sales Territory & Quota Planning or Financial Planning and Analysis

• At least 1-3 year of Anaplan implementation or 2 completed Anaplan projects 

• Anaplan certification completed, level 2 or higher 
• Experience with other ICM tools such as Salesforce SPIFF and CaptivateIQ is a nice-to-have. 

• A self-starter who demonstrates creativity, has a customer-focus approach, and has a strong drive to develop a business acumen mindset
