Hospital Pharmacist - Travel Position Location: Wichita Falls, TX Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8s, Weekdays with every third weekend required Pay: $2681/week Required Certifications & Competencies * -ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable * -BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable * -PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – AHA Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable * -NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) – Required as applicable * -CHEMO (Chemotherapy) – Required as applicable * -TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – Required as applicable * -EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – Required as applicable * -ENPC – Required as applicable * -NIH Stroke Certification – Required as applicable * -Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam – Must meet or exceed passing score * -Competency Exam – Must meet or exceed passing score * -Tech Cert Verification (National) – Required within 30 days of start * -Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement – Required, update annually * -State License Verification – Required within 30 days of start * -NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) – Required within 30 days of start * Required Documents & Compliance * -I9 or Attestation * -Government Issued Photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID) * -E-Verify or Attestation * -Background Check – Within 1 year of start, renewed annually * -EPLS/GSA/SAM – Required within 30 days of start * -HHS/OIG – Required within 30 days of start * -2 References within 3 years of start * -Employment Application/Resume * -Skills Checklist – Required, update annually * Health & Immunization Requirements * -Physical Exam – Within 1 year of start, must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing * -Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap – Vaccine within 10 years of start * -Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray – Within 1 year of start; chest X-ray within 5 years if positive PPD * -TB Questionnaire – Required for all candidates * -Rubeola (Measles) – 2 vaccines or positive titer required; exemptions apply for candidates born before 1957 * -Mumps – 2 vaccines or positive titer required; exemptions apply for candidates born before 1957 * -Rubella – 2 vaccines or positive titer required; exemptions apply for candidates born before 1957 * -Hepatitis B – Positive titer, series, or declination required * -Varicella – 2 vaccines, positive titer, or history of chickenpox required * -Flu Seasonal Vaccination – Required Sept-May; medical/religious exemptions subject to facility review * -COVID-19 Vaccine * Facility Specific Requirements * -Flu Medical Exemption (if applicable) * -Flu Religious Exemption (if applicable) * -Parking Policy Acknowledgment – Must be completed prior to start * -Drug Testing – Negative 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start; plan for completion within 72 hours of contract signing Benefits * Weekly pay with competitive rates * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Referral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our network * Flexible schedules and personalized career support About ATC Healthcare ATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
