Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Coordinator

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. As the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and revision of internal controls for various gaming activities, including slots, table games, cage, and marketing. You will work closely with the Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines set by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal controls for various gaming activities.
• Conduct follow-up audit testing to ensure compliance.
• Perform self-exclusion report testing.
• Assist in drafting communications under the direction of the Regulatory Compliance Manager.
• Serve as a liaison with the PGCB for matters related to regulatory compliance as directed by the Regulatory Compliance Manager.
• Execute other regulatory compliance functions as necessary and instructed by the Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the casino industry is preferred.
• Ability to organize work effectively, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Familiarity with auditing procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues from complex information.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to address various groups, including guests and team members.
• Ability to interpret documents such as Internal Controls and manuals.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Certifications:

• Obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with the gaming license.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and sitting
